What we collect
Call recordings and transcripts, caller phone numbers and names, the appointments made, and the text messages sent about them.
How it is stored
Recordings, transcripts, caller names and phone numbers are encrypted at rest. Phone numbers used to recognise a returning caller are indexed in a form that allows a match without storing the number in the clear.
How long we keep it
For the retention period shown in your dashboard settings, after which recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically.
Getting it back, or removing it
Settings has a one-click export of everything associated with your account, and a delete path that removes recordings, transcripts, messages and client records while keeping your bookings and billing history.
Card data
We never see it. Deposits are taken through a Stripe-hosted page; the assistant will not accept card details spoken on a call.
